Biden's "Build Back Better" green energy plan promises to be very good for renewables

... but only if the Senate approves it. Even if Biden doesn't have a friendly Senate (which is still very much up in the air until at least early January, when two Georgia Senate races are scheduled for runoff votes), he may be able to pass key parts of his plan through executive action. But that won't include funding, and that's probably the key part of his plan, which promises $2 trillion in federal funding over four years to promote green energy.
